DeleteAnd don't even think of downloading a full version from an unreliable source.
All your apps installed in your are know via your account ID and if you try to download a full version app from anywhere MS would come to know and you might be banned from Windows Phone Store.
So its better if you don't try to search and download any full version apps from anywhere.
