Weather+ is the most advanced weather application on Windows Phone. Instead of pouring weather into different pages, Weather+ puts all of the weather in separate panels.
The current observation goes in the current panel, and each day of the ten day forecast has its own panel. You can flick up, down, left, and right to see different panels. If you want to see the ten day forecast on one page, you can pinch in on any forecast panel (like zooming out on a picture).
Sound confusing? Not to worry, an animated tutorial will greet you when you launch the app for the first time (you can also view it later).
If you've ever used Google Now, you may have missed the weather voice commands on Windows Phone. Weather+ brings the same weather commands and responses to Windows Phone.
Powered by Weather Underground, Weather+ offers the most accurate and reliable weather data. Current, 10 day forecast, and 10 day hourly forecast is available in most locations worldwide, while radar is limited to the U.S. and European countries.
Weather+ is free, but if you'd like some extra features, $1.99 will get you the following:
-Live tile (all three sizes, w/ radar on medium and large)
-Customize weather icons (choose between three themes or choose your own)
-Alert Toast Notifications (custom EAS sound for Update 3+ users, can be disabled in settings)
-16 more app themes
